Lean Leadership and the Special Olympics
Mike Morrison's transformational Lean Leadership lessons are applicable for all organizations. Hear how Lean Leadership has produced a remarkable evolution in the strategy and results for the Special Olympics, and how it can produce the same game-changing results in your own firm.
Mike Morrison, recently retired Dean of the University of Toyota, spent almost 30 years with Toyota USA. He started out in real estate, later moving to human resources, and then creating the Office of the President of Toyota Motor Sales. He founded the University of Toyota in 1998 to provide a vehicle for transforming a wide range of company functions into Lean organizations, eventually providing training in Lean leadership to many organizations outside of Toyota
Each attendee is encouraged to bring a toy or a back pack valued at no more than $10.
Toys will be collected for Santa Claus, Inc.
